Complete technical inspection
We record operating hours and machine data and check drive, electronics, safety, fluid systems and wear points.
Replacement of wear parts
Worn or risky parts are repaired or replaced according to the intended use and star class of the machine.
Cleaning and housing repair
Machine, tanks and components are deep-cleaned. Damaged panels and fixings are repaired where necessary.
Functional tests
All functions are tested under realistic load, including drive, brush deck, suction, water circuit, battery and safety devices.
Star classification awarded
The measured condition, work carried out and test results determine the transparent classification from one to five stars.
Warranty and delivery
You receive the machine-specific agreements, available inspection documentation and an explanation of delivery, commissioning and support.

For refurbished machines we clearly record the warranty period, cover and any exclusions in the quote. Where available, you also receive the inspection report with operating hours, test results, condition grade and replaced parts. So you know exactly in advance what technical certainty comes with your machine.
