DRX Robotics RV5 Basic – smart 2-in-1 vacuum and mopping robot

The DRX Robotics RV5 Basic is a compact microbot for automated daily floor maintenance in homes, offices and smaller business premises. The robot combines vacuuming and damp mopping and independently removes dust, hair and other loose dirt from hard floors and low-pile carpet.

Thanks to LDS LiDAR navigation, the RV5 Basic maps its environment accurately and calculates an efficient cleaning route. Infrared sensors detect obstacles, while drop sensors prevent the robot from driving off stairs or other height differences. Individual rooms, cleaning zones, schedules and no-go areas can be set via the app.

With a maximum suction power of 4,000 Pa, automatic carpet detection and an adjustable mopping system, the RV5 Basic is suitable for regular maintenance of a wide range of floor types. The robot works for up to 180 minutes in standard mode and up to 240 minutes in quiet mode. When the battery is almost empty, it automatically returns to its charging station.
