Which data do we collect and why?
Contact, quote, service and dealer forms. When you complete a form on this website, we process the data you provide (such as name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, address or machine details and your message). We use this data solely to handle your request, provide you with a quote or advice and, in the case of an order, carry out the delivery or service. Legal basis: the performance of a (pre-)contractual relationship and our legitimate interest in answering your question.
Customer account and orders. If you create an account or place an order, we process the data needed for processing, invoicing and statutory accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations.
Website statistics. We use anonymised visitor statistics to improve the operation of the website. No personal data is sold to third parties for this purpose.
How long do we keep your data?
- Requests via forms: a maximum of 24 months after the last contact, unless a customer relationship arises.
- Customer and invoice data: as long as statutory retention periods require (in Belgium usually 7 years for accounting documents).
Who do we share data with?
Your data is not sold. We only share it with service providers that help us operate the website and our business (such as our hosting partner OVHcloud in the EU, e-mail services, our CRM system and, for deliveries, transport partners), and only to the extent necessary. Data processing agreements have been concluded with these parties where required.

This website uses functional cookies that are necessary for the site to work (such as remembering your quote list or account login) and limited, anonymised statistical cookies. You can delete or block cookies at any time via your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, and have your data transferred. Send your request to info@reinigingstechniek.eu; we reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including a secure connection (HTTPS), restricted access to requests and regular backups.
