Water-Powered Proportional Chemical Dosing Station for Professional Cleaning Systems

The DR ROBODOSE 1-HYDRA is a professional single-channel dosing station designed for the controlled mixing of liquid cleaning concentrates with water. It is particularly suitable for supplying approved filling stations used with autonomous cleaning robots, floor scrubbers and other professional cleaning equipment.

The system uses a water-driven proportional dosing pump. Water flow mechanically powers the dosing mechanism, drawing cleaning concentrate from a separate container and introducing it into the water stream at the selected ratio. No external electrical supply or battery is required.

Construction and Features

• Water-powered proportional dosing pump with adjustable dosing ratio.
• Pressure regulator with integrated pressure gauge for monitoring the water supply.
• Upstream water filtration unit with transparent filter housing and replaceable cartridge.
• Check valve located on the rear assembly, downstream of the filter and before the right-hand elbow connection.
