Star SC5200BT – powerful battery-powered scrubber-dryer with traction drive
The Star SC5200BT is a professional walk-behind scrubber-dryer for thorough cleaning and immediate drying of medium to large hard floor surfaces. The machine scrubs the floor, doses the cleaning water and recovers the dirty water in one pass.
With a scrubbing width of 510 mm, a 760 mm squeegee and a theoretical capacity of up to 2,000 m² per hour, the SC5200BT offers a good balance between productivity and manoeuvrability. The 50-litre clean water tank and 55-litre recovery tank limit the number of interruptions during larger cleaning tasks.
The powerful brush motor, a brush pressure of 30 kg and a speed of 150 rpm ensure effective removal of adhered dirt on hard floors. The wide curved squeegee recovers the dirty water immediately and leaves the floor clean and virtually dry.
The suffix BT stands for the battery version with powered traction. A separate 300W traction motor supports forward movement, so the operator does not have to push the machine. This reduces physical strain and makes the SC5200BT suitable for longer cleaning rounds.
